SME-750 Stainless Steel Material Pneumatic Smt Solder Paste Printing Stencil Automatic Cleaner is our main stencil cleaning machine. SME-750 is popular used to clean SMT solder paste or red glue stencil.

Q1: Can SME-750 clean stencil without frame?

A1: Yes, it can, we need a stencil hold jig for this kind of stencil without frame.

Q2: Can SME-750 clean solder paste mis-printed PCB?

A2: Yes, it can by using a pcb holding jig.

Q3: Is SME-750 safety?

A3: Yes, it is, it driven by compressed-air, not using electric power, so both solvent like alchol ,IPA and aqueous liquid can be use in this machne to clean solder paste stencil.

Q4: Can this machine clean red glue printing stencil?

A4: For thickness 0.1~0.3mm red glue stencil, SME-750 can clean it very well; but for 3mm thickness cooper red glue stencil and plastic red glue stencil, cleaning result is not so good, especially the little holes. We recommend to use our SME-800 electric stencil cleaning machine, it is more powerful and many customers chose our SME-800 to clean thick red glue cooper stencil for its good cleaning performance.
